# Satellite Control Services

RRC ensures functionality and positioning of government satellite assets for DoD agencies worldwide. Our services include operating, managing, and maintaining multiple satellite constellations.

We provide 24/7/365 satellite control center operations and administration. Our satellite operators perform on-console tasks including ground resources assignment, and ground system configuration and control. We handle ground controller functions, Telemetry, Tracking, and Control (TT&C), satellite commands entry and verification, and alarm monitoring and acknowledgement.

Our support reaches all levels — mission planning and scheduling, emergency response and recovery, Launch and Early Orbit (L&EO), on-orbit operations training and integration, anomaly response, notification, ground system maintenance, testing, evaluation, problem resolution, as well as process improvement.

We are skilled in Communications Security (COMSEC), KMI, EKMS and local element account management. We provide support for U.S. Navy satellite constellations including FLTSAT, UHF Follow-On, Polar and MUOS, Naval Terminal Data Node (NTDN) emergency operations, and on-console command, control and troubleshooting.
